Designed for teens and adults who want to work hard to meet their fitness goals, our Muay Thai program will get you moving first thing in the morning so you can get on with the day. We have classes Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30am with a sparring-focused class on Saturdays at 8:00am!

Each Muay Thai class is 1 hour long and includes fast-paced metabolic work, resistance training, bag drills or pad drills, and a cardio burnout. We save time at the end of every class for stretching to build mobility and keep muscles healthy. At the end of one of our Muay Thai classes, you'll be glad you challenged yourself and ready to do it again!

Muay Thai is known as the art of 8 limbs referring to punches, kicks, elbows, and knees.
